Paint Schemes (mailboxes too)
Original Paint Schemes by Subdivision
When painting your home, you may choose to paint using any of the color schemes below, regardless of which subdivision your home is located in.

Modern Trend Color Schemes
The Board has also approved a new set of color schemes based on current trends in exterior painting. If you are looking to give your home an updated look, be sure to check these colors out! (Scheme 10 has been removed as it was not consistent with the paint colors within the Bridges.)
Don't forget to submit your Architectural Application to get your colors approved 30 days prior to starting your work! A copy of the application can be found here

There is a discount available at any Kelly Moore store for Bridges homeowners!
Use Kelly Moore account number 615-TH0252
Account name: The Bridges c/o HOA Services

These online colors only approximate the dry actual paint colors. Please refer to an actual paint chip sample prior to making your purchase of paint. For critical matches, we recommend painting a sample on the actual surface before starting the project.

Mailbox Paint Colors
If your post is a dark color, it is Oxford Brown and the lighter color is Sand Pebble. Both colors are standard stock colors and are available at the Kelly-Moore store in San Ramon in quart containers.

Venetian Bronze is the original color of the mailboxes. it is on file at Kelly-Moore. It will be under the Bridges HOA account name, labeled as "mailbox" in "Lo-Sheen" finish. The color will appear darker than the older color because the old finish has faded but the color will match after some time in the the sun.

If you would like to use a spray paint to match the dark brown color of the mailbox and post, Rust-o-leum Satin Espresso spray paint from Home Depot is very close to the original dark brown mailbox color.
